Silenster is committed to an on-going training programme which includes Health & Safety and all personnel are aware of current environmental and safety legislation in respect of electrical services, refrigerant handling, gas appliances and the like.

All gas engineers are ACOP trained and are able to issue Landlords safety certificates and Gas Soundness certificates.

Manned Site Agreement: This programme provides up to 24-hour cover with resident technicians dedicated to maintaining a site 365 days per year.

Mobile Agreement: This programme provides for regular visit by a mobile technician at a frequency to suit the installation.

Each maintenance agreement provides for resources to be available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, to deal with any emergency on a pre-agreed basis. Depending on client requirements, a technician can be mobilised immediately or on a progressive timescale over the subsequent 24 hours.
